I placed an order for a cyber monday vacuum deal on 12/01. My payment method was paypal. While making the order I got a message saying the purchase was declined. Don't know why. I then checked my paypal account which said the transaction was pending. No record of transaction on shark/ninja website so I called customer service. They cannot find order and told me to wait up to 7 more business days to see if order arrives. If not call them back. This sounds wonky to me. Guess I'll wait.

Received order number the day after order placed on Aug. 8, 2019. It is now Aug. 26, 2019 and I have not received my order. Requested refund and will not accept order when delivered. Now I must fight for refund to credit card. Will also advise credit card company. There is power in social media also should they not refund funds!

I LOVE MY SHARK VACUUM THEY WERE WONDERFUL I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THE PART I NEEDED AND HE GOT RIGHT ON IT AND ORDERED IT FOR ME IT WAS GREAT AND WHEN I CALLED THE WOMAN TOLD ME IT WAS A COST OF 59.00 AND SOME CHANGE I HAD BOUGHT THE VACUUM FROM THE COMERCIAL AND I JUST LOVE IT I STILL HAVE TO ORDER THE FILTERS BUT ITS ALL GOOD I JUST LOVE IT TO PIECES . THE PART IN QUESTION WAS A PART THAT IS NOT SOLD BY ITS SELF AND IS AN ALL IN ONE PIECE SO THATS WHY THE PART COST SO MUCH ,SO THE WARRENTY SHE COULDNT FIND SO I HAD TAKED TO THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE LINE ON THE COMPUTOR AND THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME AS ALWAYS

i contactec the cabinet of companies in the uk, filled a complaint, some months later Shark Offers contacted me and apologiesed for the whole situation. hey sended me my drone and finally arrived

don't waste time with them, seriously. you might have a hear t attack Shark Offers is a SCAM. meaning they don't answer your questions such as , is my order confirmed? is it on the way? what happened? no retunt to those questions have been sent to my wherear a report of my in what stage is my order, and the deadline they give is just pure lie, since its been more than 40 day since purchased. to be honest i've shoudnt trusted from the start because they use a hotmail account, in 2017!!! and dont have a single telephone line. buying with them is saying goodbye to your money so i ask, whats the reason to buying with this company, since all the producuts can be bougth in alibaba, dealxtreme, or even amazon, if not for the same price, even cheaper, and the at least respond to your emails, try to figure out what went wrong, return you money, in other words, are serious companies.

I have ordered a pair of Bunion corrector for $25 on 26/12/17 vide orderno30951. After a month I have not received the product neither any clue on tracking of products. A bunch of cheaters sitting in China are doing this wrong things. No body should buy from them. After continuous follow up no reply received from them and no tracking of the product available.This is very frustrating as I ordered this for my mom who had come to Dubai to stay with us and now she is leaving in 3 days and I still do not have the product to gift her. Their customer service is hopeless,has no clue on the tracking of product. This Company should be banned.

It has been more than 60 days since I placed my order Invoice # 18195 , September 27 .and have not heard from them. I have sent 3 emails to them without any response. I can´t beleive I trusted an ad from Facebook and their shopify platform to trust these rip off.

I have placed an order in the Shark Offers website on Nov 9th, 2017 and so far I have not received the items. My Invoice Number: #24091, and it was for $79.95 USD. I can see the details of my purchase online, but I have no information on the delivery, nor are they answering my messages. They provide an email for contact (sharkoffers@***.com), but have yet to answer any of my emails. I would like to the product to be delivered, but since it has bee so long, I would be happy with a refund. Will have to file a claim in small claims court against this company.
